The frameworks, as tools you can run
Reading a framework and using one are different things. So every framework published here is also available as a tool inside the assistant you already work in — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor. You paste one address into your client, and the tools show up next to everything else it can do.
Nothing to install, no account for the free ones. Below is what each tool actually answers, and which piece of writing it reasons from.
Leading a team
The Leadership Rhythm Kit — a mirror on your own practice, never a file on your team.
The rhythm designer
freedesign_one_on_oneTeaches 1-on-1s from scratch, designs your rhythm step by step, sorts notes you already took onto the nine-grid, hands you questions for the session you're about to have, and maps which topic each session carries across a quarter.
Read The 1-on-1 FrameworkThe feedback evaluator
freeevaluate_feedbackReads your draft back to you: where it sits on Radical Candor, how it will land, a score, and one rewrite in your register.
Read Feedback & Team PerformanceCoach the coach
freeread_the_roomPlaces a situation on the awareness grid, reads capacity and trust, then turns exactly one question back on you.
Read Leadership DevelopmentThe leadership ledger
supporter perkleadership_ledgerThe shape of your own practice over a quarter — boxes covered, boxes never opened, how your feedback distributes.
Read Thoughts on PerformanceThe three leadership tools have their own page — what they do in detail, and the rules they enforce about colleague data: The Leadership Rhythm Kit. If you need named, ongoing feedback and coaching across a team instead, that page also names two products built for it.
Finding direction
Two diagnostics: how you hold your work, and whether the US is the next move.
The Passion Compass
supporter perkrun_passion_compassTen questions on how you hold your work — harmonious or obsessive — with money as the force that bends the curve.
Read Passion CompassThe US Expansion Compass
freeget_us_expansion_compassA diagnostic that maps a European or Israeli founder to one of five US-expansion archetypes, with a stage-aware plan.
Read US Expansion CompassCalibrating Purpose
freerun_life_calibrationWalks you through the yearly self-reflection exercise one step at a time — identity, the four Ikigai quadrants, an 'I am' statement, the L.I.F.E. legacy check, then goals. Finish it and you can download the summary as a branded page for your own notes.
Read Calibrating PurposeThe purpose statement facilitator
freerun_purpose_statementThe team-level twin: readiness check, pride-and-joy stories, 1-2-4-All drafting, open curation — and it tells you plainly when the organisation isn't ready.
Read Creating a Purpose StatementThe library
Everything written here, readable by your assistant instead of by tab-hopping.
Search the writing
supporter perksearch_contentSemantic search across every framework, essay and guide published here.
Pull a full piece
freeget_contentReturns any framework or insight in full, by slug, ready to reason over.
Browse the archive
freelist_archiveThe whole back catalogue of Just Thoughts issues, titled and dated.
The book
supporter perkget_bookPoems from Just Thoughts, the collection on love, life and leadership.
Brand assets
freeget_brandLogos, colours and naming rules, so an assistant gets the brand right.
How to connect
Add this address as an MCP server in your client. That is the whole setup.
https://kcrucyjpzabirewfvynq.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpClient-by-client configuration, headers, the full tool reference and example calls live on the MCP page. Supporter tools unlock with the same account that unlocks the paid writing.
One line on your data
The leadership tools never take a colleague's name — names and email addresses are rejected outright — and nothing you write about another person is kept. What can be stored is the shape of your own practice, scoped to you, on a clock you set, exportable and erasable by you at any time. The detail is on the privacy page.
